Updates on ticket.

I raised a problem on the 12th July but you seem to be closing tickets and creating new ones and not making any progress...


So now over a week and still in the same state and no one has updated me on what is going on.

Hi there,


It looks like ticket 153515635 was closed, because you raised a fault ticket 153823049 with us as advised by the agent that left notes on your account as per ticket 153823108.


Sorry that the fault report hasn't been picked up yet. I've just worked it now and I'm not actually detecting any problems. Your router is in sync at a line speed within your estimates and your throughput is as expected.
