Unusual message from BTW

In the middle of browsing this morning connections to the open websites ceased and clicking a web link in an e-mail failed.
All these gave me a message from BTW asking me to restart, never seen anything like that before.

Hello there. If it's the BT wholesale service information page you're seeing, then this usually happens when your router has lost authentication to the Plusnet network (but remains connected to BTW, our suppliers). If it happens again, I'd recommend troubleshooting the fault at http://faults.plus.net and then potentially raising this to our faults team for further investigation.
