Unusable when not using a custom DNS

Whenever I try to connect to the internet it is awful unless I use a custom DNS on my laptop and Warp on my phone. This is preventing form connecting for work as I cannot amend the DNS settings in my work laptop and I cannot change the settings on my router.

I run a mesh so the number of connected devices are not an issue - and we use 16 to 25 mbs tops at any one time.

Can you provide a router which works please?

Same problem here for past few days .... unable to load websites .. error messages about "unable to resolve host / IP" etc

Comes and goes but is really impacting usability now ..

All I keep getting told is there is no fault with the line. I don’t think there is, it’s either plusnet’s infrastructure, or hardware. Wish I’d never swapped
