Unstable connection.

My fibre connection has become somewhat unstable.

 

Looking at the router logs its a lot worse than I first through.

What can be done to make my connection more stable?

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

Most of the drops in the log you've posted are between midnight and 6am which is generally when our suppliers carry out maintenance.

If the drops continue in normal hours I'd recommend raising a fault here
