Unlimited fibre speed NOT! what i was told

Been with plusnet for nearly 2 weeks now , up until now been reasonably pleased with the service until now, very slow tonight and upon checking emails i get one with an update to my line speed saying that my estimated speed in 10mb to 17.5 and my line speed is 21mb........funny how its been 59-60 mb for the first 14 days (cooling off period) and takes a massive nosedive the day after, if this isnt sorted im taking this to trading standards as I feel ive been duped!!!!!!!

Fibre       Has no cooling off period !!!! it is what it  is from day one .

I had a similar thing happen to me - it was in the 70's at first and then tailed off to the low 40's. No one has been able to say why it happened either.

so why am i getting throttled down to around 10mb on an evening???, I did a speed test around 6.30pm and was getting 63mb now at 8.50pm 10mb!!!!!!,
