Unlimited fibre only running at 5.9mb and it used to be 10mb! Just in time for Xmas!

My broadband has recently dropped to 5.9mb and any help you have given hasn’t helped! 

Ths is what you show my line speed should be.

up until recently I have been getting about 10mb but it has now dropped, the person I spoke to yesterday 08/12/17

How is your phone line? Is it quiet when you dial 17070 option 2?

Hi there. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing speed problems.

Testing your line is showing your speed back up to 14.7mbps and isn't finding the cause of the drop you've had.

It may be useful to know if there's any noise on your line. -Anoush
