Unlimited fibre extra upgrade

If just switched from fibre to fibre extra its been 2 days and the status and email says all completed ive done some tests and im not getting any better/faster speeds if anything its worse then last time im currently getting 13 mbps download and 1.3 upload surely it should be better than that

Sorry to hear you're speeds aren't as expected.

I'm not sure why you've been able to upgrade as the estimates for your line aren't great as shown below.
