Unlimited Fibre: speed is only 23/24 mb
I swicthed deom ADSL to fibre unlimited with promise of a minimum speed of 40 Mb. Initially i was told the speed will settle after 1 month, after 10 weeks I get 12/14 mb during peak time 5pm/8 pm . When watching movie from my netflix account picture gets stuck. My daughter starts crying when her favourite movie is not playing in her i pad, she thinks we have done something.
I hope some one will fix it. please dont ask to check this and that, it is your service cuasing it, not line fault. I have tried with all devices , HD movie gets stuck.
