Unlimited Fibre line speed = 19.2Mbps??

Can anyone tell me why this might be? is my connection limited for some reason?

I'm on a newly installed line when I moved into this address. DLM period should be over. I've tried with my plusnet homehub and my ASUS router. Both give me the same results.

I've changed filters, cables, connected with ethernet, turned off wifi, master socket faceplate off, etc.

no matter what I get a maximum 2Mbps up and 20Mbps down?

Thank you for looking into this. I can see the change in the max data rate in my DSL settings but has my broadband username and password been changed? They’re no longer being accepted by either router.

No change has been made to the router settings. I can see that there has been a stable connection for the past four hours. Please feel free to let me know if you're having any further issues.

Hello. after several disconnections the last week a support ticket was raised and a fault was found on the line.
The connection dropped again at about midday today and has not reconnected since.
