Hi,
I have upgraded to the Unlimited Fibre Extra package a couple of weeks ago but only receiving around 38mbps. The estimates were around 68 - 78mbps. I spoke to the plusnet customer service about this a week ago but I've heard nothing since and it seems the ticket has been closed with no resolution.
I've attached line speed, DSL checker etc.
Thanks.

Just to clarify that the upgrade was from standard broadband. I've just received an email in regard the closed ticket, stating that extended test have shown the line has settled down.
Still no change in speed though. Is it possible to have been put on the wrong package?

If you post the info on the Helpdesk tab of your router, making sure you obscure your username and any other sensitive information, then we should be able to give you more info.
It could be your internal wiring that is slowing your speeds, do you have a filtered master socket fitted?

Yeah there's a filtered master socket fitted, I've tried plugging into the test socket too. I don't have access to the router at the moment but I'll post the info as soon as I can.

Hi there.
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing speed problems.
The think the next step is to book an engineer visit to further investigate.
I'll update your ticket shortly on your account.
