Unlimited Fibre does not cope with uploads and will disconnect

hello i have a problem with my Unlimited Fibre every time i try to upload a video to facebook or youtube i get disconnected and can not upload it i have seen other posts on this forum but it says i can not send a privet message can you please help with this matter as im starting to wish id stayed with sky now as the uploads have been nothing but trouble and the upload speeds capped at 2mb is not very good as well

Hi, I switched to Fibre broadband about 1 Month ago and have ben plagued with poor performance ever since. I've been told it requires updated firmware, so could you also push the update down to my hub as well please? It makes any sort of working from home a nightmare.
