I am on Unlimited Fibre Extra but for the past week or so I have been getting frequent speed problems - often dropping to 1Mbps or even less.
Alot is not possible at this speed; even SD transmission on Netflix or Amazon goes blocky and fails, and web pages take ages to load. I have rebooted the router and the Openreach box several times - sometimes several times a day. Sometimes it comes back with 'normal' speeds of ~32Mbps, and sometimes it doesn't.
Any ideas what's up? Chat and phone support are no longer available and there's no email address, so I'm hoping someone here can help.
My work/home pattern has not changed so it's not that I'm using it more, and in any case Fibre Unlimited isn't throttled.
