Unlimited Fibre Extra, speed well short of prediction

Hi
I had “Unlimited Fibre Extra” installed last Monday.
My estimated download speed is 74 Mbps and my download estimate was just under 20 Mbps.
My actual speeds are far short of the predictions and within the “Unlimited Fibre” package as you can see from the attached.
I only went for Unlimited Fibre Extra because of the large predicted speed benefits, which I am currently not receiving.
I am happy to be with Plusnet but disappointed with the performance I am getting.
Is there anything that can be done?

What does this link say about your Plusnet speed
https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed
They may have set up your account as the 40Mbps/2Mbps by mistake

Yup, that's looks suspiciously like you've been provisioned on the wrong product. I'm sure one one the PlusNet CRT people will be along shortly to sort it out. If not then give support a call...

Update:
Spoke to the technical department, I had been setup correctly on the Fibre Extra at Plusnet but Open Reach were told I was on the 40 Mb/s package!
A request to upgrade me was passed to Open Reach at 16:30.
This should happen within 24 hours.
