Further to my update, I've now updated the ongoing faults ticket for you here.
We'll provide further updates once we have them,
Thanks.

Hi,
After moving to PN in Dec last year to take full use of my Fibre Broadband I find it is slower than the provider I left.
At PN I took the below package:
Product: Unlimited Fibre Extra
Estimated Download Range: 44 - 64Mbps
Estimated Upload Range: 8 - 10Mbps
Minimum Guaranteed Speed: 40Mbps
Current Line Speed (Download): 78Mbps
Since Sunday 12th January I have had a ticket open for slow speed and have slow speed.
I have done every thing asked at my end like plug laptop into BT outlet directly using a cable etc.. Had 2 BT engineers call at house to try and fix it but still the same.
I use www.testmy.net over weeks and it shows around 24MB/ps all the time.
PN keep saying that "this matter is resolved" and are closing the ticket but I am stuck with a slow Fibre Broadband connection.
So what now....
Thanks

It only reaches 26Mbps or less and does not reach the speeds you may think it does.
My eyes are starting to bleed with this

Hi there,
Sorry to see the issues with this are ongoing.
I've just had a read through the history of the issue and I just want to check if you've been able to tests speeds over a wired connection?
There was no specific mention of this so I just need to check that's been done.

Hi @Andy2020,
I'm very sorry that you're still experiencing problems with your connection and for the delay in getting back to you on here. Having checked on your fault, I can see that when the line was last tested an external fault was found. This has been raised to our suppliers for further investigation and our faults team will contact you once we've received an update on this. It may be the case that they'll need to arrange an engineer visit at this stage.
