Unlimited Fibre Extra - not activated ?

Hi, 

Sorry to add to the number of similar posts, but I don't know any other way of registering my problem.

I received an e-mail on the 24th of this month confirming that the "product change is complete".

Since then I have carried out many speed tests, both via WiFi and ethernet cable and the download and upload speeds haven't increased.

I'm assuming that my Hub One Router is compatible with higher speeds ? 

I'm aware that changes can take time to filter through, but could someone please assure me that things will start moving soon ?
