We upgraded yesterday Unlimited Fibre Extra but speed tests showing around 30mb. BT broadband speedtest says we are not connected to fibre! Can anyone look into this as you are not answering the phone line and chat is down? I would be eternally grateful as we have five adults in the house. Two of us are keyworkers (and three furloughed) and Zoom and Teams calls are not going so well for us. Any help much appreciated
