Unlimited Fibre Extra - line speed 26Mbs for days, Min Guaranteed 60+

Hello,

Looking on my Broadband page because my seepds seem very low it says my current speeds are 26Mbs.  How do I ask someone to look into this please?  I've routinely had 70Mbs over previous years.  

Understand you are busy at the moment but you are still taking my money for a faster service than you are providing.

Tried calling again at 7pm on the off chance and got through.  Problem found and OpenReach ticket created.  Thanks PlusNet!
