Unlimited Fibre Extra & Phone Package Order - Progress?

Hello,
We ordered the above products on 31 January. The phone line was switched over fairly quickly, however we've heard nothing regarding the fibre broadband and it's now almost a month ago! We received the initial confirmation email, and we've been monitoring the order tracker, however it only states:
'Your order is being prepared. We've got everything we need to place your broadband order. We'll process this shortly.'
It's been like that for at least 3 weeks now, is that normal? Help!!
Edit: Never mind, it appears that Plusnet's system rejected the switch, however a manual check showed no problems. Had to start the 10 working days wait again tho, oh well...

I'm sorry things haven't progressed for you, it looks like this may be due to a system issue which we've become aware of.
