Unlimited Fibre Extra - Slow Speeds

Hello again,

Unfortunately, I am again getting slow download speeds over my Unlimited Fibre Extra connection. Today I am getting:

• 32.5 Mbps down
• 14.2 Mbps up

It has been much the same for about a week. Could this please be investigated?
