Unlimited Fibre Extra Not Upgraded

Just changed fibre package to unlimited extra but shortly after I got this question put on my account.

A modify order on this account was unsuccessful.

The reason given was "Openreach Modem is not a modifiable parameter.".

Modify order type:

An attempted move from ADSL 1 on WBC to ADSL2+An attempt to change the upstream capping
Please check why the order has been rejected and contact the customer.

It's now 24 hours since I swapped and still no change in speeds even after reseting router.

Can anyone help.

Are Plusnet support on strike. No one seems to be replying to open tickets. Over 48 hours and still no upgrade ☹️
