Unlimited Fibre Extra - Frequent dropouts

I got switched over to unlimited fibre yesterday and in the past 24 hours have had frequent dropouts where the orange light and b indicator on the router comes on then returns to blue restoring the connection.

I understand that it can take 10 days for the speed to to settle but surely my connection shouldn't be dropping like this? I had no problems at all on my previous ADSL connection.

Checking the connection logs for your line show a number of disconnections, however they seem to be around the same time both yesterday and today:

Can you think of anything local that may happen around those times? Are you connected to the master socket at the moment?

Not connected to the master socket and I can't think of anything happening locally. This only became a problem since I moved over to unlimited fibre extra.

Can you connect to it and see if the disconnections still continue? If we were to investigate a fault this is one of the first steps we'd ask.

Plugged into the master socketc as you asked and I've already had two disconnects.

Still dropping out. It also seems to drop whenever we use our home phone.

Do you have a filter plugged in?

Yes, filters in all used sockets.

When Chris suggested that you try it in the master socket, did you also try the test point in that socket?

If you didn't try the test point, it would be worth checking.

Also, it might be worth googling 'bellwire removal' being as you have phones in various sockets.
