Can you run a BT Speedtest for me, ensuring you do the further diagnostics test after the first one completes. This stores the results on the supplier system and allows us to use this to report the fault.

ive just turned my router of for 30min and back on and can see difference in speed from 16mb to 45mb but when browsing or downloading the connection drops I've removed the router and have inserted an openreach modem with the router and still getting slow browsing and drop connection when downloading a file . here are screenshots form bt speed test also i have included pictures from the router sync/errors hope this helps
the router i have is a tplink vr600
