Unexpected router delivered!!!

I've had PN fibre broadband since last August, via self-install with a TP-Link combined modem/router. It works just fine.

I was surprised when, a week ago, I had a text from PN saying that my router was in the post. What? I've not ordered a router! So thought it must be a mistake.

However, a couple of days later, a PN fibre router was duly delivered to me. I do not need or want this router.

Anyone from PN care to advise why I was sent this? And would you like it back?

I can't see why this happened but I will speak with our products team ASAP to see if we can get to the bottom of this.

 

Sorry for any confusion and I've dispatched a postage paid returns bag to get the router back to us.

Well, the returns bag never arrived! Can you try sending another?
