It seems the D-side issue that Openreach didn't want to fix has now dropped me under 40Mb on a 80Mb service I have raised a ticket 132735492 and waiting for support to get back to me, this time I'm not going to let Openreach get away with doing nothing.

I awoke this morning and the speed is back up to around where it normally is, not sure if Openreach did something at the cab in the early hours or something.
Any way can someone from the Plusnet Help team adjust my Plusnet Profile as it's below where it needs to be, online chat is not available at present to get it changed. thanks
