Uncap Upload Speed?

I noticed a thread in the ADSL section where people were getting their upload speed uncapped.
Can you uncap my upload speed?
I've been hoping to start streaming and it's impossible with the current speed.

Are you on fibre - if so the upload isn't capped
What is the result from the BT speedtest

As Oldjim suggests, your line is already on the highest upload we provide. It seems that your line is simply too far from the cabinet to be able to get a higher upload.
