Unbearable slows speed past 3 days from 4pm onwards.

The past 3 days my internet has been struggling , I'm used to streaming a hd movie at the same time the rest of my family are also using the Internet with no problem at all.
Now none of us can hardly do anything.
Can someone check my line? See if there's any drops etc

Downstream Speed 75.3 Mbps
Upstream Speed 20.0 Mbps
Voice Line Test Result Pass

 

And, your connection from your exchange to your router is also pretty stable.

Wireless connections for most of the devices in our house hold, I did plug Ethernet cable in laptop to test speeds there was nothing wrong there.
So I spend most of the afternoon changing the wireless channels , it would work for a little while then it would go back to the same drop speeds as I mentioned.
As a 6 year old customer would a free hubone be available to me?
