Unanswered Ticket #209412412

I raised a ticket on the 15th due to terrible broadband speed (normally a not great 22Mbps down and 6Mbps up, and is now roughly halved at 14Mbps down and 3Mbps up), and I promptly received automated replies stating that PN had found a fault with my line and that they had raised the relevant ticket with (I assume) Openreach. In my ticket there was a deadline to respond to me by Friday at 17:00, and I have yet to hear any update from Plusnet. I know that at this time of year things go on a bit of a slow down, and obviously with the pandemic in full swing the delay in reply is likely due to that, but I wanted to just chase it on here to see if maybe my ticket slipped through the cracks.

I opened a support ticket on Sunday 6th and only just got a reply today..
