Unable to port forward

not sure if ive put this in the correct thread forgive me if im wrong. Undecided  Basically my only issue is I cannot port forward at all.  I have plusnet fibre using a bt openreach box and a sagemcom 2704N.  whenever I try to port forward I get a fully white screen with the following message:
Sorry!
You're not allowed to access this content.
any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated.  as a gamer im trying to make sure I have optimum connection.  Ive already set my ps4 to a static and my router is static.
Many thanks for any swift help and any other tips I may be missing to reduce ping or strengthen connection is appreciated.

Have you checked your firewall settings?

Other than that it could be a Sagecom issue I suppose. I have several ports forwarded for email and FTP servers and haven't had any issues.
