Unable to get an Internet Connection using Ethernet or WIFI with a HUB One after a Windows 10 Update

I have a Laptop running Windows 10 Professional Version 1809

After a recent Windows update I am unable to get an internet Connection using an Ethernet Cable or connecting via WIFI.

The only way I can connect to the Internet using this Laptop is with a WIFI hotspot on my Mobile Phone.

I have other devices connected.

1. Desktop PC running Windows 10 Home Version 1909 Ethernet Connection

2. 2 Samsung Phones via WIFI

3. Android Tablet via WIFI

4. Laptop running Linux Mint both WIFI and Ethernet

I have also had issues with a WIFI connection to my Amazon 4K Firestick. That will only work from a WIFI Hotspot from my phone.

The Router has been unplugged more than once since this issue started

My Laptop has been rebooted more than once since this issue started

My Firestick has been Factory reset more than once since the issue started.

Also a brand new Dell Laptop would not get an internet Connection via Ethernet or WIFI.

The same laptop connected without issue using a BT Hub in my friends house.

What can cause my problems?

Re: Unable to get an Internet Connection using Ethernet or WIFI with a HUB One after a Windows 10 Up

I don't think the issue is with a Windows 10 update though what the issue is I do not know.

I am only typing this becaue I am connected via a WIFI Hotspot to the Laptop

Any other connection method says "No Internet Available"

Windows troubleshooter can't fix it for either Ethernet or WIFI connection

Swapped cables

Sent new laptop back and that works on someone else ISP.

How do I escalate this?

Issue was resolved by resetting the Hub
