Unable to get Fibre optic

I was unable to get fibre due to the junction box being too full in my area. When can i expect a refund of my initial payment as there was no talk about it after I was told that I could move to BT.

The advisor you spoke to should have either dealt with this or at least ensured there was a ticket with our billing team to take the appropriate action. I'm sorry to see this didn't happen and I have passed feedback on to their manager.


I've also ensured the ticket on your account is now with our billing team to ensure the refund is issued and account is closed.
