Unable to connect to internet

Hi guys
Since Monday I've been unable to connect to the internet.  Also I had no dial tone so I called PlusNet from my mobile (with very weak signal) and they sent an engineer out Wednesday.  Engineer came and reconnected my phone, apparently my line was connected to another house in error.
Still no internet.  However the internet light is green on the router.  Everytime I open the browser I get a page saying BT Wholesale blah blah blah, similar to this http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,103357.0.html
Does anyone know what I can do to help?  Fibre engineer came out today and still no joy.
Do I need to change DNS settings?

From looking at your account this now seems to have been corrected as I can see an ongoing connection. Please let us know if not.

Yeah the wife has text me to say it's working now.
