Unable to connect to Plusnet sites (except this one) on home broadband...

I am currently unable to connect to most plusnet webpages, with this one being a notable exception (athough it is taking forever to load the page). I can't access the main plusnet page, including "my account" or any billing/payment functions. I can access most other webpages (outwith plusnet pages) as normal but certain pages, which I can usually access no problem, are now timing out - often diverting me to what seems to be a plusnet page related to failed payment. Is it possible for someone to check my account to find out what might be causing this?

Hi there, 

 

It sounds like there may have been an issue with a payment failing to go through. I've just checked your account and there's no restrictions in place which might cause this so I expect if you were to delete your browser's cache of cookies and temporary internet files it should clear that for you.
