Unable to connect since 12:30am.

I lost connectivity around 12:30am last night and am still currently not working. The line is showing in sync on the modem, and the router is indicating that PPP is connected. I have also tried disconnecting and reconnecting PPP multiple times, as well as rebooting the router.
Could someone please take a look? It's taking ages to get through on the phone.

There's nothing wrong from what we can see.
Is it still playing up?
