Unable to browse qnap.com

Hello,

I am a fibre customer, using a pfSense router as my router/firewall. My modem is a Vigor 130.

I noticed that my QNAP NAS couldn't list any apps. I did some digging and found out that I cannot browse qnap.com

I can resolve the site, but not browse to it on any device at home. If I go on my MacBook and activate a VPN to work or connect to any other VPN server, I can browse to it fine. TOR works fine. If I use 4G on my phone, it works fine. It will however not work using the PlusNet connection. 

I turned off sort on pfSense, same issue. Live chat said to reset my router, this obviously didn't work.

Is there an issue within the PlusNet/BT infrastructure?

I can browse qnap.com ok on my plusnet fibre connection, so it's not affecting all users.

Well I am not sure what's happened, but it now works.

I just tried and i can't reach it just timing out, along with facebook and some other sites

I tried earlier from both 'parts' of our network and didn't have any difficulties
