I had my Plusnet fibre activated yesterday.
When I login I see a message "
An error has occurred
You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress."
I have been able to request the BT sport app from the plusnet website and I received the email from plusnet, I followed the link included and the instructions I found there, at the end there was a message confirming that the order to BT was placed and I could login the app as soon as the account is "linked to your current BTID, you will receive soon an email to do so".
But I haven't received any email and I cannot check if the order has been correctly put in place from my account because of the message above. Can anyone help please?
