Unable to access website

I've a website hosted over at eUKhost which I'm unable to access through my Plus net connection. I've tried a different router, changing DNS, different browsers but still nothing. The only way I can access is by tethering to my EE mobile phone. I'm not aware of having problems with other websites. Seems like a routing issue.

I'm experiencing routing issues myself, to ebay.co.uk, sky.com, theregister.co.uk, twitch.tv

Seem like something is definitely screwed with Plusnet this weekend.

Tried your web site, I'm able to see a nice scenic picture, but that's it.

I've no issues with accessing the 4 websites you listed. I've not being able to access itsean.co.uk for months. Its only just recently I've started to use it more for testing website development on so is very inconvenient having to tether to my phone to access it. The scenic image is correct.

Itsean is a sunrise/ sunset scene?

 

I also use EUKHost and am able to access my cpanel and all of my hosted sites over PN.

There shouldn't be any reason for you not being able to connect to itsean.co.uk, however I have requested this is looked at here. Please ensure your router is switched off between 11pm and 7am to rule out any issue with the account itself.

I'm not sure of any correlation between this issue and that reported by @ Morph. Can you advise whether you have the same issue whether you connect via Wi-Fi or over Ethernet cable?

I’ve been having DNS related issues with plus.net the last few days. Switched to the Google ones and everything fine since then.

I agreed for my password to be reset last Thursday in order for a test to be preformed on my account. I've not heard anything since and my password was reset. Can you check my account for any updates and let me know if I can reset my password back so I can use my broadband again? I've been away for the last few days so unsure as to when the password was reset.

For some reason I can access itsean.co.uk again. The only change I've done is reset my password back to its original before changed by the Plusnet support team. Thank you for following this up @LordFoul - maybe your team reset something to do the test which inadvertently fixed it? I have replied to the ticket.

 

Here is my tracert to the same IP address. Notice it doesn't timeout at hop 12 anymore and it takes a different route.
