Unable to access a website

For the past 3 months i've been unable to access this website at the link below. It just refuses to load, no error messages just a constant loading page.

I can access the website perfectly fine if I use my mobile connection and not WiFi, any ideas at to how to track down the cause of the problem?

 Have you cleared your browser cache or tried a different browser?

works fine on my PN connection and seems to resolve ok on the PN DNS servers.
