I've been having disconnects & my speeds have dropped to 7.0 down, 0.8 up! I've run the Btw test & tried to file a fault via your website but receive the message "Error
Sorry, we are not able to complete this request at the moment, please try again later."
Please investigate. Thanks.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hi there.
From what I can see the troubleshooter has still reported the fault on your account.
Line tests are showing a potential issue which we'd need to book an engineer visit for.
Can you try the steps Here letting us know when you've completed it so we can retest?

This has now been picked up by PN tele support. It looks like the modem is faulty so a new hub is being sent. Great service as always from PN; many thanks to P.
