Two weeks still not repaired

Had this issue for 2 weeks. Amber bar and red broadband icon on hub 1. Numerous phone calls. New router. Open reach visit and spoke to provisions and still not resolved. Can someone from plus net have a look at our case and see if they can resolve.

No upstream or downstream. Fibre circuit isn't sending a data stream says or engineering. Looks like there was an open order on the line. Was told take 24 hrs to remove and still no connection. Phone back told another 48 hrs. It's well over that now. Looks like no resolve in sight. Please help

That's sounds great and all but we got told this order take 48hrs to close for Fri it's now Tue so not buying it. I mean does anyone actually know when we will get service restored it is looking more likely I 've quicker signing up to virgin or sky this is too much. Thanks anyway Mathew
