Two Lines on PlusNet

Hi all.

Another question, I have two lines on the property. One supplied by BT and one PlusNet (former owner had two). I have signed up for PlusNet and wonder if PlusNet are able to takeover both of the lines and supply broadband. Has anyone done this before?

Thanks,

Re: Two Lines on PlusNet

Hi @thomrhodeswillo

Plusnet will supply more than one line but each line will need a separate account.

A friend of mine has two Plusnet lines to his house.

One for him and another for his lodgers.

Regards

Richard

Re: Two Lines on PlusNet

Hey @RichardB

Thanks for the reply - that makes sense, it is interesting though because in theory we would then have to pay for another broadband package. Good to know though. I wonder if Plusnet will be able to offer the new line without an additional broadband package, at the least pay for the line rental.

Re: Two Lines on PlusNet

@thomrhodeswillo Sorry, but Plusnet do not do line-only packages anymore - I think that option stopped about 2 years ago.
