Just to update on the situation that nothing seems to have been resolved through the faults report. First they mistaked my connection issue for a wireless issue at first and now I'm being told that connections are suppose to drop up to 2 times a day for a few seconds (even though it lasts a lot longer then a few seconds) to pick up the latest line information. At the very least a visual graph of the connections was posted.

Since I'm getting a ZyXel VMG8924-B10A to replace the Plusnet Hub Ones. I'll see how that goes and see if the problem persists as it seems like the Hub One takes an unnaturally long time to reconnect regardless. I need a new modem router anyways due to the restrictions and settings being unaccessable on the Hub Ones for some of the software I'm using to work.
