Has anyone experienced this when signing up to Plusnet? I have gone through TopCashBack, i fill all the details in on the Plusnet site, put all my payment details (they authorise the first payment from my bank) and then the confirmation email never arrives! I even had one of their sales guys see if go through but then nothing happened. Sadly the provisioning team for whatever reason just wash their hands of it and say its not gone through with no explanation, the sales team keep bouncing me back to provisioning and I'm stuck in a never ending circle! Anyone any advice how to break this or do i cut my losses and find another provider?
