Hi folks,
Apologies for dumb question. I received the One Hub around a year ago but never connected it. I just continued with the 582n. Today I decided to disconnect the 582n and connect the Hub One. I entered my fibre username and password to the router. For around 10 seconds I get an internet connection - I can load the bbc homepage. Then the connection is terminated and the Hub One shows orange status bar along with orange b symbol. I can connect to the router and enter my fibre login details again. Internet works for another 10 secs then stops again. If I leave the box connected, as recommend in the setup instructions, for 10 mins the internet does not return.
Any ideas? It feels like the router is being kicked off the network..But not idea really.
Thanks,
Kevin

are you trying to use it behind /with one of those white openreach modems?
Line>openreach modem>---hub one?
if so then get rid of the openreach box, and just plug the hub one into your line

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I connected directly the phone line to the hub. Sorry, I should have made that clear. No OpenReach modem connected.
Thanks,
Kevin
