Transferring fibre broadband from BT

Hi
I'm in the process of transferring from BT to Plusnet (phone and broadband).
Today my BT broadband has stopped working.
I've has an email from Plusnet saying that home phone transfer has been completed.
Will there be another email to say broadband is transferred ? Or does the one email regarding home phone cover both phone & broadband.
