I took a new contract with a 32mb download speed. It’s been ok ish for a while but the past few days has been 7-17mb. Not ok with two teenage girls in the house!! Does anyone know why this would happen?
Welcome to the forums, @sarahlp . In answer to your question - you have a fault. I would first have a look at the 'Speed Issues' topic on this forum.
Another good idea is to check for a phone fault - dial 17070, option 2 from a preferably corded phone - you should hear total silence except for the regular 'Quiet Line Test' announcement. Any noise - report a phone fault first.
