Timeout waiting for PADO packets

Hi
Ever since Wednesday I haven't been able to connect to Plusnet through my W8980, and a look at the log states this error message:
"Timeout waiting for PADO packets"
The PPP settings appear OK, nothing has changed.
I've checked the BT box and everything appears OK. I understand there were some exchange works but I see no issues at present.
Any thoughts? I've tried to raise a ticket but haven't been able to go through to customer services.

I have this too! Happened back in May also. Did you ever find out what the issue was?
