Been three days without fibre. Support diagnosed over the phone as out of sync. I thought they said max three days for openreach to address, but online ticket now says on hold until weds which will be over five days. Is this normal at the moment? I work from home so really struggling.
Support also said that changing the router would have absolutely no benefit, that they are absolutely sure it's a network fault, but now reading around looks like can be router?

I imagine that is 3 working days. You can't count weekends, so Wednesday would sound about right. that said I was lucky enough to have an engineer next day, you may too, but my fault was at the cabinet.
