Your line is now in sync at:
Downstream Speed 34.4 Mbps
Upstream Speed 8.7 Mbps

So I've set your profile to match. That's still slightly under where I'd expect based on the estimates, so it may be worth letting the faults team pick up the fault ticket again.
Can you log in to the router and disconnect/reconnect and you should see an improvement.

Chris, can the profile reset take time? Still running at 4MB. cycled the router and BT ?

I've got to hold my hands up here. I didn't press apply when I changed your profile earlier, can you try a single disconnect/reconnect again?
