I've had a ticket open for a month now due to slow speeds, with some replies from customer services asking me to conduct the usual checks, which I'd already done but repeated anyway.
Previously my speeds were half (9Mbps) of what my promised speed should be (18Mbps) however in the last week, I'm regularly only getting 1-2Mbps, especially in the evenings.
My neighbours have had similar issues in the past with slow speeds but have had engineers out to look at it before we moved into our house and are now able to achieve 20+Mbps.
Anyone have similar experience with this? How long did it take to get anything resolved?
