Ticket 94493865 update

This ticket is now off hold.  Southern Electric started the work to reconnect the cabinet yesterday, and for the first time in a while, we had an uninterrupted service before I disconnected the Openreach modem at around 8.15am.  Would you be able to update me on the status please?
Also, I have been trying to set up a new all-in-one VDSL router, so far without success.  Could you look in your stats to see what has been happening from your end when the line is trying to initialise?  This was between about 8.15 and 8.25 this morning.

Hi there,
As you can see from the graph below the connection has been stable for the vast majority of the day since approximately 8.15.
